Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Important: Company housing (with private room) can be arranged, but candidates must already be living in the Netherlands and available for a personal intake interview. You walk onto the production floor and are immediately surrounded by advanced technology, automated processes, and high-speed production lines. As a Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in keeping a modern manufacturing environment running at peak performance. In this position, you will work in a day shift team and be responsible for preventive maintenance, inspections, and supporting external contractors during maintenance activities. Occasionally, you may cover troubleshooting duties during day shifts when needed. Your responsibilities include: • Performing preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment • Conducting inspections and periodic technical checks • Identifying potential issues before they impact production • Advising on technical improvements and long-term solutions • Supporting production teams with technical questions and machine performance • Assisting with reducing recurring failures and improving machine availability • Working with a wide range of technologies including mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls, robotics, vision systems, and automated packaging lines

Je hebt het

As a Maintenance Technician, you have: •The ability to personally attend the interview(s) in The Netherlands •A degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within food production or process industries (Experience with Scott automation is a plus) • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in automation and control technology • The ability to work independently or in teams in a proactive and structured manner • Experience documenting maintenance activities in maintenance systems • Availability for 36–40 hours per week • Willing to learn the Dutch language (mandatory)
